4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed, edited, and verified before use. InstaGrantify does not guarantee grant funding success. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all submitted proposals.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of annual plans.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your organization's data and grant proposals. InstaGrantify retains ownership of the platform, templates, and AI models. You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

InstaGrantify is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for grant application outcomes, funder decisions, or any indirect damages arising from use of our service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
